Kirtan is the main practice of Bhakti yoga, known as the yoga of love. It is a musical meditation where we use our voice to connect to the place inside of us that is divine love.
Through repetition of mantra we calm the mind and come into a state of yoga (union) or bliss. No previous musical experience necessary. Sing, listen, dance, recline or meditate to the chants.
